ERIN WALSH DYER
Erin is the ultimate bookkeeper’s friend! As a national trainer for Intuit, Erin educated hundreds of accounting professionals every month for QuickBooks Accountant University, and in 2015 The Bookkeeper’s Friend was named a top 20 QuickBooks Firm of the Future by Intuit. Prior to the launch of the Bookkeepers Friend, Erin was a highly sought after instructor for Intuit QuickBooks Training (Real World Training). During this time she educated thousands of QuickBooks desktop students across the United States and Intuit Support teams. She was named Trainer of the Year by Real World Training in December 2012.
Helping users on a more personal level was Erin’s real calling. Through her personal coaching, thousands of companies have learned to effectively navigate and customize QuickBooks for their particular use. Erin continued to assist accounting professionals to realize the full potential of both cloud based and traditional software options.
Erin passed on April 2023. Her incredible legacy continues through her friends, all of the people she has helped, and the organisations that she has founded (that remain 100% owned and run by her family and friends), and beyond.
TONYA hAINES
Tonya joined The Bookkeepers Friend as a trainer in February of 2017. She previously worked with Erin teaching QuickBooks nationwide for Real World Training. Having received a B.S. in Computer Information Systems, she completed her M.B.A. with concentrations in business law and finance in 2011. Tonya is particularly skilled in working with owners and their IT teams to develop processes for using and implementing new software. Her past roles have included Financial Controller for a Real Estate Developer, Executive Director of a non-profit, and a Business Consultant for a variety of industries.
JOHN MASON
John is the co founder and director of Pro Bookeepers Network. Fortunate to have worked with Erin for many years he is honored to assist in honoring Erin and her legacy. With an MA(Hons) degree in Economics and Finance and over 20 years experience working in finance professionally he has worked with everyone from non-profit organisations to some of the worlds largest corporations and has helped them take their business and operations to the next level.
Originally from the UK, John now has his US base in Mountain View, California and utilizes cloud technology to the fullest to work and travel around the world as much as possible. John is also fluent in Spanish and has spent several years working and travelling in Latin America over his career.

Jonathan, the co-founder of The Bookkeeper’s Friend, is known as the MacGyver of personal business development. With his unique skills in helping business owners maximize their personal and financial potential, Jonathan completes the other half of The Bookkeeper’s Friend. He’s the one who will help move users from being “just a bookkeeper” to an “I can do this” successful business owner. Marvin Safi
Marvin Safi began with Intuit in 2006 and has been a member of the payments division since 2013.
As a dedicated account manager for Pro Bookkeepers Network, Marvin helps drive new clients to use QuickBooks Payments.
With expertise in merchant rate reviews, payment account set up, onboarding, and ongoing support, Marvin ensures that Pro Bookkeepers Friend’s clients have a seamless experience with the payment processing service.
